Lebentanz (1994)

One of the friends that I made in the National Danish Film school was the cinematographer Bo Tengberg with whom I made several project. When Bo finished his school he had to make a dissertation that consisted of filming something on 35mm film. He got three rolls and some lighting and a camera. He asked me if I could come up with an idea rather then him just filming a sunset or something equivalent. At the time I was doing some editing in a small studio annexed to an old industrial hall called Pakkhus 11 in the harbour area of Copenhagen. I had the perfect idea for a short film using the big hall.
